Dr. Kosasa’s expertise has been sought at the national level, serving as a Consultant for Maternal and Reproductive Health for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and previously as a member of both the Hawaii State Board of Medical Examiners and the FDA. A retired Major in the United States Army, he served as Chief of Gyn-Surgical Service and Director of the Infertility Division at Martin Army Hospital in Fort Benning, Georgia. His decorated medical career also includes recognition as Physician of the Year and Chief Resident, reflecting his high standards of excellence and commitment to patient care.
A respected figure in the global medical community, Dr. Kosasa is affiliated with leading professional organizations including the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the Hawaii Medical Association, the Pacific Coast Obstetrical and Gynecological Society, and the Board of Trustees of the Pan Pacific Surgical Association. His lifetime of service, scholarship, and innovation continues to influence reproductive endocrinology worldwide.
